At Claddagh Design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted jewelry. If your piece isn't exactly what you hoped for, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all non-customized items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Claddagh Design presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the package back to our workshop in Ireland.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our silversmiths inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your exchange piece within 5 business days.
